We welcome the friends and family of the Broadway Campus patients to visit during general visiting hours which are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., except in special areas such as the ICU and Maternity, where the length of the visit is limited by the patient’s condition.
Patients can choose who can and cannot visit them while they are in our healthcare facility without regard to legal relationship, race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
To ensure the comfort and safety of our patients, we ask that you adhere to the following:
- Visitors are asked to observe the visiting hours.
- Relatives may wait in the Ambulatory Surgery waiting room during the day of a patient’s surgery.
- Staff may ask visitors to leave the room if treatment of the patient is required.
- We also encourage family members and friends who have recently been exposed to or show signs of mumps, measles, H1N1, chicken pox, the flu, or other contagious illnesses to avoid being in our hospital until they feel better. It is important to protect our patients, many of whom are susceptible to infections. If you feel that your particular situation may warrant special accommodations, please contact the nursing supervisor by calling extension 0 or ask for the infection control coordinator.
