How to Apply:
Step 1:
Meet with a member of the Woodland Pond marketing staff and select the apartment or cottage that best suits your lifestyle.
Step 2:
Complete the Confidential Data Application and sign the Authorization To Release Medical Information form.
Step 3:
Pay the balance of the fully-refundable 10% deposit and sign the Residence and Care Agreement.
Step 4:
Begin planning your move to Woodland Pond. Our staff will be working with you to ensure that your move to Woodland Pond is stress-free.
Step 5:
Pay the balance of your entrance fee just before you move in.
All deposit checks should be payable to M&T Bank, Escrow Agent.
