No matter the amount of your donation — whether large or small — your contribution is important in helping us provide the care and services to our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing residents and the community. And although we’re recognized as the first continuing care retirement community in the Mid-Hudson Valley, our services are not confined to what we do at Woodland Pond. Instead, your donations will help us continue and offer new services, such as our short term rehabilitation program to serve the many needs of the general community.
In addition, through our planned giving program, the Woodland Pond Foundation encourages the donation of gifts of stock, charitable gift annuities bequests through wills, life insurance policies, and life income plans.
These gifts help the Woodland Pond Foundation as well as benefit donors by reducing estate taxes and income tax liability.
